About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants professionally
4. Manage job postings across hiring platforms and social media channels
5. Maintain and update employee and candidate databases
6. Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
7. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation
8. Contribute to employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
