About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage interview follow-ups.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records accurately.
4. Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters, joining formalities, and internship certificates.
5. Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment activities.
6. Support employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
