About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
a) Attendance & Workforce Reporting
Maintain attendance and leave trackers; prepare weekly/monthly workforce reports
Monitor absenteeism trends and support leave reconciliation
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
b) Recruitment & Talent Coordination
Source candidates via job portals, universities, and LinkedIn
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling
Maintain candidate database and hiring pipeline tracker
Collect documentation and support onboarding coordination
c) SOP Development & HR Process Structuring
Assist in drafting and updating SOPs across departments
Support HR enhancement initiatives including onboarding, off boarding, and exit processes
Assist in developing Employee Handbook, Standing Orders, and KYC documentation systems
d) Organizational Development & Culture Initiatives
Support Learning & Development programs and maintain training records
Plan and coordinate team engagement activities (birthdays, anniversaries, bonding events)
Assist in employee wellbeing programs, employer branding, and CSR initiatives
e) Compliance, Accreditation & External Liaison
Compile and maintain compliance documentation and Management Review (MR) records
Support accreditation processes (ISO, ESSCI, ASDC, AICTE, etc.)
Conduct research, coordinate meetings with authorities, and prepare process reports
Liaison between internal teams and external regulatory bodies
f) Documentation, Reporting & Dashboard Management
Draft and organize NDAs, offer letters, internship letters, agreements, and official communications
Maintain structured digital records and centralized documentation systems
Prepare management reports, data summaries, and performance dashboards
g) Operations & Process Management
Maintain daily task trackers and workflow sheets
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly summaries
Support process improvements and documentation structuring
