DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Candidate sourcing & screening:
1. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
2. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
3. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
B. Coordination & scheduling:
1. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Maintain candidate tracking sheets and daily recruitment reports.
3. Follow up with candidates for feedback, documentation, and offer acceptance.
C. Onboarding support:
1. Assist in collecting documents for new joiners.
2. Coordinate onboarding schedules and induction sessions.
D. Reporting & database management:
1. Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or Excel sheets regularly.
2. Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports for the HR Manager.
E. Communication & branding:
1. Communicate professionally with candidates at every stage of recruitment.
2. Support employer branding activities (posting job updates, maintaining engagement online).
