Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore at Kkonnect.io

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing communication.
2) Help in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
3) Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
4) Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
5)Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews, surveys, and employer branding initiatives.
6)Assist with performance management, feedback collection, and exit formalities as needed.
7)Perform other HR-related administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
