About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide support in resolving conflicts.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1 - 5,000 /month

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 600000/year
