About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating job vacancies on various platforms
2.Screen resumes, coordinate interviews.
3. Support in onboarding process of new hires, including preparation of offer letters & onboarding documents.
4. Assist in organising and conducting employee onboarding sessions.
5. Work closely with managers in creating new employee policies.
6. Assist in organising employee engagement activities.
7. Support HR managers for various HR projects & initiatives.
