DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Work with department heads and the HR team to identify hiring needs and job requirements
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
3. Conduct thorough candidate searches using various sourcing methods, including job portals like Naukri, Hirist, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, etc., and LinkedIn
4. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
5. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
6. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
8. Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment progress

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
2. 3 months of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
3. Knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Proficient in MS Office
