Key Responsibilities
Assist in Talent Acquisition: sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support in Employee Engagement initiatives: activities, surveys, and communications.
Help maintain HR databases: employee records, attendance, and documentation.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, letters, and communication.
Support in Onboarding & Induction of new employees.
Provide assistance in Payroll & Compliance documentation.
Work on research projects related to the best HR practices and market benchmarks.
Support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / BBA / Relevant Degree.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute.
