Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and posting job descriptions on various portals.
2. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
4. Conducting telephonic and initial round interviews.
5. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Assisting in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
7. Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for future requirements.
