About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in on field training and onboarding new employees.
2. Support the HR team in conducting field training sessions and daily briefings.
3. Monitor and guide field teams to improve communication and performance skills.
4. Help in evaluating employee progress and training effectiveness.
5. Coordinate with team leaders to ensure smooth field operations.
6. Assist in organizing motivation sessions and team development activities.
7. Maintain records of attendance, training progress, and employee performance.
