Role Overview:
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in talent acquisition, employee management, HR processes, and workplace culture while working closely with the HR team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Assist with the joining and onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare and organize HR-related documents and reports.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Help prepare job descriptions and job postings for open positions.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and professional workplace culture.
