About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment support including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Support onboarding and exit formalities such as documentation, ID creation, and asset handover coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
Track attendance, leaves, and working hours; assist in payroll inputs and verification.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including office correspondence, filing, and document management.
Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, and supplies; monitor inventory levels.
Support office operations by managing meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, trainings, and company events.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Provide operational support to cross-functional teams as required.
