About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new employees.
3. Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
4. Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing documentation.
