As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Career4S, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Assist with organizing and coordinating training and development programs for staff.
5. Help with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
6. Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments to support the overall HR function.
