About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment Support
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
Posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal databases
Coordinating interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers
Following up with candidates for interview availability and feedback
2. Candidate Management
Maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment trackers
Calling candidates for initial screening and interest confirmation
Sharing job details (salary, location, shift, role) clearly with candidates
Handling candidate queries professionally
3. Documentation & Records
Collecting and verifying candidate documents (CVs, ID proof, education details)
Maintaining employee and candidate records (digital or physical files)
Assisting in offer letter preparation and onboarding formalities
