Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi at Unibots

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
2. Search for relevant profiles using Boolean search and candidate databases.
3. Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening of candidates.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
7. Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assignments, documents, and joining.
8. Draft and share interview invitations, reminders, and other candidate communication.
9. Assist in preparing and posting Job Descriptions (JDs) on different recruitment platforms.
10. Support the HR team in maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
11. Assist with candidate documentation and pre-onboarding activities.
12. Maintain proper records of candidate status throughout the recruitment cycle.
13. Support other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.
