Internship Description:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The selected intern will work closely with the HR team and get exposure to end-to-end HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee databases and attendance records
Support in employee engagement activities and HR operations
Help draft HR communications and policy documents
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
Who Can Apply:
Students or recent graduates from HR / Management / Commerce backgrounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Eager to learn and pursue a career in Human Resources
