About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles across sales, marketing, design and operations
2. Draft job descriptions, offer letters and onboarding kits, and run the joining formalities end to end
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave trackers and HR documentation with complete accuracy
4. Support internal communication - announcements, policy rollouts and team engagement activities
5. Assist with employer branding: recruitment posts, campus outreach and careers-page content
6. Coordinate logistics for interviews, onboarding sessions and internal HR events
7. Help with payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation and basic compliance checks

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
