About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and panel members.
Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and interview follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and status reports.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare onboarding documents (LOI, Offer Letter, NDA, etc.).
Coordinate joining formalities and ensure proper documentation.
Support in organizing induction sessions for new joiners.
Create / update employee files on KEKA (or other HRMS platforms).
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in preparing HR letters (Experience, Internship, Salary Slips, etc.).
Support attendance management, leave tracking, and policy communication.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory guidelines.
4. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries and escalate them when required.
Support HR team in resolving day-to-day employee concerns.
5. Performance & Appraisal Support
Help collect performance data and maintain appraisal records.
Coordinate with team leads for performance documentation.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare basic MIS reports on recruitment, attendance, and employee status.
Assist in HR audits and monthly HR presentations.
