Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon at Mars Elevator

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment Support
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and follow-up status

2. Onboarding & Documentation
Assist in preparing offer letters, joining forms, and ID cards
Collect and verify employee documents (Aadhar, PAN, certificates, etc.)
Help in employee induction and orientation sessions
Create and update employee files (physical and digital)

3. Attendance & Leave Tracking
Maintain daily attendance and leave records of staff and site technicians
Update attendance sheets and share reports with HR Manager
Follow up on missing timesheets or approvals

4. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning team-building activities and birthday celebrations
Support in organizing internal communication and recognition events
Maintain a calendar of HR activities and engagement events

5. HR Operations & Admin Tasks
Draft basic HR documents like memos, circulars, or notices
Update employee data in HR software or spreadsheets
Handle internal queries about policies or HR procedures
Support payroll data entry and leave calculations (if required)

6. Compliance & Filing
Help in maintaining statutory compliance records (ESI, PF, etc.)
File invoices, employee documents, and HR records properly
Assist in audits or monthly HR reports as guided

7. Learning & Research
Research best HR practices for construction/elevator industries
Suggest ideas to improve internal HR processes
Assist in creating small training or awareness sessions for staff

4
