About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment sourcing profiles, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain and update candidate and employee databases on Excel/HR tools.
3. Support in creating and posting job listings on various platforms.
4. Track application status and follow up with candidates.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and next steps.
6. Help prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment records.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
