About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Help organize employee events, team-building activities, and assist in gathering and addressing employee feedback.
3. Provide general administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining HR records, handling office supplies, and preparing reports.
4. Support coordination and scheduling of training sessions and track employee development progress.
5. Assist in updating HRIS systems, maintaining employee data, and tracking attendance and leave records.
6. Provide support with performance management processes, compliance tasks, and resolving employee queries.
