About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Conducting resume screening and initial candidate interactions while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
3. Supporting onboarding processes: preparing induction materials and tracking new hire integration.
4. Monitoring team attendance and productivity logs, preparing weekly efficiency reports for HR review.
5. Collecting feedback from team members and helping HR implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
