Key Responsibilities
You'll be part of the HR Operations team and work on the entire employee lifecycle, including:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Posting openings on platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, etc.)
Screening resumes and coordinating interviews with tech, marketing, and design teams
Managing the hiring pipeline for roles across FindMyGuru, SkillVedika, Trooba, and Splash AI Studio
Onboarding & Documentation
Preparing offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding materials
Conducting induction sessions and ensuring smooth onboarding for interns and full-time employees
Performance & Engagement
Coordinating performance tracking and feedback collection
Organizing engagement activities, hackathons, and skill-building events
HR Operations
Maintaining attendance and intern evaluation records
Assisting with HR policies, documentation, and reporting
Who Can Apply
Pursuing or completed MBA (HR) / BBA (HR/Management)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and HR tools
Available to work on-site in Hyderabad and join immediately
