About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process
2. Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles
3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews and Conducting initial HR screening rounds
4. Posting job openings on portals and social platforms and Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
5. Following up with candidates regarding interview status and joining and Managing offer letter and onboarding process
