About the internship
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct initial HR screening calls
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
7. Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns, etc.)
8. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,500 - 5,000 /month
