About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening candidate resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate pipeline
2. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing welcome packages and coordinating orientation sessions
3. Updating employee records and maintaining HR databases, HRIS, and ATS
4. Tracking attendance and leave requests
5. Supporting employee engagement activities, team-building events, and pulse surveys
6. Assisting with internal communications and updating HR policy documents
7. Responding to routine employee queries and providing administrative support
8. Handling confidential employee information responsibly
9. Supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced work environment
