About the internship
Softsensor.ai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn HR processes, gain corporate exposure, and build a strong foundation in HR management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
3. Coordinate employee training and development programs, as well as support performance management processes.
4. Assist with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Help maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
