About the internship
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires (documentation, induction programs).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate and support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Help organize training and development sessions.
Assist with HR-related documentation and compliance.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
