About the Role
We're looking for an HR Intern who's people-focused, organized, and excited about building strong teams not just pushing paperwork.

This is not a "sit-and-observe" internship.
You'll be involved in real HR operations inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how people management actually works in a startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing
*Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling & coordination)
*Posting job openings on platforms and managing applications
*Supporting onboarding & documentation for new hires
*Maintaining employee records & HR trackers
*Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
*Assisting with employee engagement activities & team initiatives
*Helping manage attendance, leaves & basic HR operations
*Supporting HR policies, processes & internal communication
*Sharing ideas to improve hiring, culture & HR workflows (yes, your ideas matter)

Internship Details
Type: Full-Time Internship
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Onsite)
