We're looking for an HR Intern who's people-focused, organized, and excited about building strong teams not just handling paperwork.
This is not a 'sit-and-observe' internship. You'll be involved in real HR operations inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how people management works in a startup environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
2. Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applications.
3. Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
4. Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
5. Coordinate interviews and conduct candidate follow-ups.
6. Assist with employee engagement activities and team initiatives.
7. Help manage attendance, leaves, and basic HR operations.
8. Support HR policies, processes, and internal communication.
9. Share ideas to improve hiring, company culture, and HR workflows.
Location: Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur - 302020.
The office is located next to Suvira Hospital, in a modern building with an ICICI Bank branch. The area also has D Mart, City Park, Woodland Park Apartments, and several caf s and restaurants nearby.
