Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage hiring requirements and support recruitment-related activities.
2. Communicate with prospective leads and candidates regarding opportunities and programs.
3. Schedule and coordinate online and offline interviews and selection rounds.
4. Handle communication and coordination with candidates and internal teams.
5. Manage end-to-end lead counselling for different courses and programs.
6. Maintain operational documentation including records, paperwork, and related files.
7. Coordinate and manage webinars from planning to execution.
8. Execute bulk email campaigns for outreach, event promotions, and community communication.
9. Support lead generation and outreach activities through multiple promotional channels.
10. Collaborate with schools, colleges, and communities for outreach programs and social initiatives.
11. Support internal coordination activities and contribute to team-building initiatives.
12. Assist with training and orientation activities for candidates or participants.
