About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
3. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system.
4. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and employee handbooks.
5. Ensure a seamless experience for new employees during their induction period.
6. Assist in planning and organizing training sessions and workshops.
7. Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
8. Support the development and implementation of internal policies and HR strategies.
9. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements.
10. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
11. Assist in organizing events and activities to foster a positive work culture.
12. Provide administrative support to HR executives, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
13. Compile and analyze HR metrics to aid strategic decision-making.
