Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
4. Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
5. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Assist in conducting employee engagement activities and events.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
