About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
3. Assist with organizing and coordinating training and development programs
4. Help maintain employee records and HR databases
5. Assist with performance management processes
6. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
