About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience, coordinating with selected candidates on joining formalities, documentation, and pre-joining requirements.
2. Maintain accurate and current employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS data, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across all HR systems.
3. Organize and manage interview scheduling, campus recruitment drives, and full-cycle recruitment operations from sourcing to selection.
4. Drive seamless induction and orientation programs, and support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive experience for both new joiners and existing staff.
5. Oversee the organization's social media channels and create compelling content for talent acquisition campaigns, company milestones, and employer branding efforts.
6. Prepare and manage HR communications, offer letters, and a wide range of employee-related documents and official correspondence.
7. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted day-to-day HR functioning.
