Human Resources (HR) Internship at Chit1 Studios

You'll assist in the full recruitment cycle for artists, designers, and studio staff - sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, managing documents, and helping maintain an inspiring workplace culture. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Support hiring for artists, interns, and studio roles
2. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
3. Maintain databases, application tracking, and HR documentation
4. Assist in onboarding, induction, and team coordination
5. Contribute ideas to build a positive creative work culture
6. Help with internship postings, briefing requirements, and outreach
