About the internship
Are you looking to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-growing startup environment? We are looking for disciplined, responsible, and growth-oriented HR interns who want practical exposure to recruitment, team coordination, employee management, and organizational operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to learn how hiring and people management actually work inside a startup ecosystem.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
2. Coordinating onboarding processes and maintaining employee and intern records
3. Managing attendance, reporting, and HR-related documentation
4. Supporting employee engagement and internal communication activities
5. Assisting in performance tracking and evaluation processes
6. Helping maintain discipline, workflow coordination, and HR operations within the organization
7. Creating reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools
Important note:
1. This is a learning-focused internship intended for candidates genuinely interested in HR and startup operations
2. We prefer candidates who are serious about gaining practical experience and contributing actively to the team
