Human Resources (HR) Internship at Intugine Technologies

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Recruitment Support:
1. Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company websites
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
3. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
4. Assist in conducting initial phone screenings

II. Employee Onboarding:
1. Help prepare new hire paperwork and documentation
2. Assist in coordinating orientation sessions for new employees
3. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy

III. HR Administration:
1. Support HR personnel in maintaining HR files and records
2. Assist in data entry and updates in the HRIS (human resources information system)
3. Help with maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures

IV. Employee Relations:
1. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
2. Help in resolving minor employee inquiries and issues
3. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with care

V. Learning and Development:
1. Assist in organizing training programs and workshops
2. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and material preparation
3. Track employee training records

VI. Other HR Projects:
1. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
2. Provide support for HR research and data analysis
