About the internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support key initiatives across Learning & Development, Strategy & Analytics, and Employee Engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design and data, and is keen to build a well-rounded foundation in HR.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Learning and Development
1. Support the design and coordination of training programs and workshops.
2. Assist in developing content for soft skills and other training modules.
3. Help schedule, coordinate, and track training sessions and participation.
B. Strategy and Analytics
1. Assist in creating presentations and reports for HR initiatives.
2. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards to track HR metrics.
3. Apply design thinking to improve HR processes.
C. Employee Engagement
1. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
2. Help gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, pulse checks, and other feedback mechanisms.
3. Assist in creating communication materials for employee engagement initiatives.
4. Interact with employees to create awareness about company policies.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or have completed a degree in HR or a related field.
2. Proactive, organized, and a strong team player.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact comfortably with groups.
4. Positive attitude and eagerness to take initiative.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with AI tools.
7. Candidates based in Navi Mumbai are preferred.
8. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
