About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post job openings across job portals, apps, and websites such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Apna.
2. Screen incoming CVs and resumes based on role requirements.
3. Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
4. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
5. Maintain trackers for open roles, applicants, interview stages, and hiring status.
6. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including updates, follow-ups, and closures.
