About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding job descriptions
2. Assessing the candidates (shortlisting, resume evaluation, and phone screening)
3. Calling up candidates and explaining the job details
4. Coordinating with candidates/clients for recruitment
5. Setting up the interviews
6. Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule
Additional points:
Your internship stipend will be 6,000 per month until you successfully complete your first 4 hirings.
Once you achieve these 4 hirings, your stipend will be increased to 10,000 per month.
If you complete the full 6-month internship and achieve a total of 8-12 hirings, you will be offered a full-time (on-role) position as a recruiter.
