DESCRIPTION

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
5. Assist in preparing offer letters and internship/appointment documentation.
6. Conduct initial HR screening calls.
7. Share interview details and follow up with candidates.
8. Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
9. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
10. Assist in onboarding processes for new hires and interns.
11. Support in preparing HR reports, trackers, and internal documents.
12. Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee data.
13. Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
14. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal meetings when required.
15. Ensure all employee documents are collected and stored properly.
16. Maintain confidentiality of HR and employee-related information.

Other requirements

1. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers.

2. Basic knowledge of MS Word/Google Docs for HR documentation.

3. Familiarity with job portals (such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn – preferred).

4. Ability to manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

5. Basic email communication and scheduling interviews through email/calendar.

6. Understanding of HR documentation and onboarding process (preferred).

7. Basic computer and internet research skills.
