About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
2. Handle employee relations tasks, such as organizing team-building activities and resolving conflicts.
3. Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees.
5. Aid in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal-setting.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
