About the internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at She Can Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting the HR team with various tasks and projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
3. Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating databases.
4. Assist in conducting interviews and providing feedback to the HR team.
5. Collaborate with team members to address any conflicts or issues that may arise.
6. Assist with talent management initiatives and employee development programs.
7. Provide support with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
