About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding
2. Handle employee relations and address day-to-day HR queries
3. Execute daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and records
4. Operate and maintain HRMS software accurately
5. Maintain HR documentation: employee files, policies, compliance records
