About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
1. Handling job portal for recruitment
2. Preparing job description for the respective post
3. Shortlisting the relevant candidates
4. Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates
5. Preparing offer letter/appointment letter
6. Onboarding of new employees
7. Assisting other departments in day to day working
9. Assisting management to improve HR policies
Only candidates with some prior experience in HR recruitment should apply.
There is be an incentive paid for each candidate succesfully recruited.
