About the internship
As an 'HR Intern' at Apport Software Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve assisting with onboarding new employees, communicating effectively with team members, utilizing MS-Excel for data management, showcasing proficiency in spoken English, gaining insight into HR operations, and supporting the recruitment process.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist with onboarding new employees by facilitating orientation sessions and coordinating paperwork.
2. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth processes and resolve any HR-related issues.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to track and manage employee data, such as attendance records and performance evaluations.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English while interacting with employees, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
5. Gain insight into HR operations by shadowing experienced professionals and participating in departmental meetings.
6. Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the HR team by taking on additional tasks and projects as needed.
