About the internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR and Compliance team. This internship is ideal for freshers or students who want hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation
2. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team including document preparation, query resolution, and internal communication
3. Assist in collecting and validating data for payroll processing and employee benefits administration
4. Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies
5. Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions
6. Compile, maintain, and analyze HR data for reporting and employee surveys

2. Basic understanding of HR functions (training will be provided)
3. Good communication and coordination skills

5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
